Content plan for sign-off
Hayati Vape — Q4 2026 · prepared by SearchFlex
The technical audit fixed how the site is built. This plan covers what is on it. Two thirds of the work is improving pages you already have — they already appear in Google, so they pay back fastest. The rest is new content answering questions your customers are already asking, plus a review of the links pointing at your site.
The scope
Twelve pages already appear in Google but sit below where they should, or split the same topic across two or three URLs. Rewriting and merging these is the fastest return in the plan, because Google already knows and trusts the pages.
Five guides and four collection pages covering questions and products with real search demand and no page on your site to answer them — including the Pro Ultra range, which has no collection page at all.
Your site has more authority than any competitor on your own brand searches, yet ranks below several of them. We think historic low-quality links are a factor and would like to audit and clean them up.
Why reworks come first. Your site appeared in Google 254,328 times in the last 90 days and earned a click on 1.57% of them. That is a pages problem more than a volume problem — you are already being seen. Improving pages that already rank is quicker, cheaper and lower risk than building new ones, so the plan front-loads it.
Google Search Console, 10 May – 7 August 2026.
Workstream one
Each of these already earns impressions in Google. Some need a better title and description; some need merging, because two or three pages are currently competing with each other for the same searches. Where pages merge, everything is redirected so nothing is lost.
Positions and impressions from Google Search Console, 90 days to 7 August 2026.
Workstream two
Five guides and four collection pages. Every one answers something people are already searching for, and every one links to the products it supports. Search figures are UK monthly volumes from Ahrefs, sized on the main topic rather than by adding up every related phrase — so they are smaller than a keyword list would suggest, and closer to what the page can actually earn.
One deliberate gap. Flavour-led content is not in this quarter. The government consultation on vape flavour naming closes on 2 October, and it proposes restricting flavour names to plain descriptions. We would rather see that outcome than write a set of pages that may need renaming within months. Merging the flavour pages you already have is unaffected and is in workstream one.
Search volumes: Ahrefs, United Kingdom, August 2026, sized on parent topic.
Workstream three
This one is not content, but it belongs in the plan because it may be holding the rest back.
Your site is the strongest domain competing for your own brand name — ahead of Vape Club, Vape UK, Totally Wicked and the manufacturer — and it still sits eighth for “hayati vape”, a term with almost no competition. That gap usually has a cause.
Looking at the links pointing at hayativape.co.uk, a significant number come from very low-quality sites, and a group of them carry text suggesting they came from link-selling services. Links like these can hold a site back. They may have been bought at some point in the site’s history, they may have come with a previous supplier, or they may have been pointed at you by someone else — it happens, and we cannot tell which from the outside.
What we would like to do is straightforward: audit the full backlink profile, identify anything harmful, and formally disavow it with Google. We will tell you what we find either way.

Timeline
Content is written using Flexpress, our content production system, and reviewed by us before anything is published. Nothing goes live without your approval on the first batch, so you can set the tone before volume starts.
To begin
Tell us which ranges you actually want to push. We have prioritised on search demand; you know the stock and the margins, and that should lead.
We will send the first two pieces for review before anything else is written, so the tone is right from the start.
We need your go-ahead to audit the backlink profile and submit a disavow, and any history you can share about previous SEO suppliers.
If this looks right, reply to confirm and we will start in September. To sign off you are agreeing to:
Any of it can be adjusted before we begin — particularly the product priorities, which we would rather you set.
