Content plan for sign-off

Twelve pages improved, nine new ones built.

Hayati Vape — Q4 2026 · prepared by SearchFlex

The technical audit fixed how the site is built. This plan covers what is on it. Two thirds of the work is improving pages you already have — they already appear in Google, so they pay back fastest. The rest is new content answering questions your customers are already asking, plus a review of the links pointing at your site.

The scope

12

01

Improve what already ranks

Twelve pages already appear in Google but sit below where they should, or split the same topic across two or three URLs. Rewriting and merging these is the fastest return in the plan, because Google already knows and trusts the pages.

02

Write what is missing

Five guides and four collection pages covering questions and products with real search demand and no page on your site to answer them — including the Pro Ultra range, which has no collection page at all.

Why reworks come first. Your site appeared in Google 254,328 times in the last 90 days and earned a click on 1.57% of them. That is a pages problem more than a volume problem — you are already being seen. Improving pages that already rank is quicker, cheaper and lower risk than building new ones, so the plan front-loads it.

17 existing URLs improved or merged 9 new pages built

The full plan, page by page

Every page, the searches behind it, all 170 researched keywords with their monthly volumes, and how we sized each opportunity — in one working spreadsheet.

Workstream one

Twelve pages we will improve

Each of these already earns impressions in Google. Some need a better title and description; some need merging, because two or three pages are currently competing with each other for the same searches. Where pages merge, everything is redirected so nothing is lost.

Rewrite the listing Merge and redirect Deeper ranking work Tune the existing page

Positions and impressions from Google Search Console, 90 days to 7 August 2026.

Workstream two

Nine new pages

Five guides and four collection pages. Every one answers something people are already searching for, and every one links to the products it supports. Search figures are UK monthly volumes from Ahrefs, sized on the main topic rather than by adding up every related phrase — so they are smaller than a keyword list would suggest, and closer to what the page can actually earn.

Collection page Guide Optional — your call

One deliberate gap. Flavour-led content is not in this quarter. The government consultation on vape flavour naming closes on 2 October, and it proposes restricting flavour names to plain descriptions. We would rather see that outcome than write a set of pages that may need renaming within months. Merging the flavour pages you already have is unaffected and is in workstream one.

Search volumes: Ahrefs, United Kingdom, August 2026, sized on parent topic.

Timeline

Three phases across the quarter

September
Link review, and the highest-value page improvements. The backlink audit runs first because it takes longest to have an effect. Alongside it, the six page rewrites with the most to gain.
October
Merges and the first new pages. The flavour, pod and e-liquid pages are consolidated with redirects in place, and the Pro Ultra and vape kits collection pages go live. The first two guides are published for your review.
November
The remaining guides. Comparison, compatibility and troubleshooting content, the last of the page improvements, and the shisha and twist collection pages if you want them. We review results together at the end of the quarter.

Nothing goes live without your approval on the first batch. We write and review everything before it reaches you, and you see the first two pieces before any volume starts — so you can set the tone once, at the beginning, rather than correcting it later.

To begin

What we need from you

Confirm the product lines

Tell us which ranges you actually want to push. We have prioritised on search demand; you know the stock and the margins, and that should lead.

Approve the first content batch

We will send the first two pieces for review before anything else is written, so the tone is right from the start.

Confirm the link review

We need your go-ahead to audit the backlink profile and submit a disavow, and any history you can share about previous SEO suppliers.

Sign-off

If this looks right, reply to confirm and we will start in September. To sign off you are agreeing to:

  1. Twelve page improvements across 17 URLs, including three merges and four redirects
  2. Nine new pages — five guides and four collection pages, two of which are optional
  3. One backlink audit and disavow submission
  4. A three-phase schedule across September, October and November, reviewed together at the end of the quarter

Any of it can be adjusted before we begin — particularly the product priorities, which we would rather you set. The page-by-page detail behind all of this is in the content plan spreadsheet.
